Nick is a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA in Economic and Political Science). He spent 17 years in the Retail Banking Industry starting with Canada Trust as a lender and then moving to National Trust and Bank of Nova Scotia on the retail side as a Branch Manager. Nick was recruited by HEPCOE Credit Union to manage their Richmond Hill branch and start their Mortgage Brokering business. He was then promoted to manage their Investment/Financial Planning operations. Nick joined Northwood Mortgage Ltd in 2004 as their Director of Mortgage Operations for Private Lending and he also manages the day to day operations of the Mortgage Investment Corporation.
As of January 2021, Nick was appointed a President and Principal Broker for Northwood Mortgage Ltd.

Monique began her career with Northwood Mortgage in 2009 as a mortgage agent. In 2015, she moved to a competing brokerage, where she made a strong and lasting impact—first as Head of Development and Compliance, and later as Principal Broker in 2021. During her time there, she successfully recruited and led a high-performing team of agents, introduced innovative mortgage products, and became a licensed Mortgage Administrator.
In 2023, Monique returned to Northwood Mortgage Ltd. and Northwood Mortgage Investment Corporation, where she now serves as Vice President.
